App and Privacy Policy

Introduction
BranelApp is a commercial tool for our System 5015 to make it easier for the driver and mixmaster to collect information for e.g. the consignment note and operate the system.
For BranelApp and all functions to work, BranelApp must be connected to the factory's own server. BranelApp is developed for Windows and Android.

This page aims to inform users about our policies. By using BranelApp, you accept our policies. If you do not wish to accept our policies, you should immediately stop using BranelApp and delete your local information on the device.
Below, we have explained what information is collected, its purpose and which third parties that have access to it

Personal information

General
Personal data is any information that can be attributed to you in one way or another. When you use our BranelApp, we collect and process a range of such information. This happens, for example, when logging in, driving from the factory and out to the site (delivery address) and other use of services.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, driving speed and version.

Log
In case of errors and other events that will affect the operation of BranelApp, diagnostics and other necessary information will be collected and stored locally on the device until it is sent to the factory server, where it will then be deleted locally.

Location (GPS)
It is necessary to give BranelApp permission for location. BranelApp will run in the background and continuisly send information (geigraphial location, driving speed, etc.) to the factory server. This will be used for tracking purposes and to calculate arrival times.

Security
We have taken technical and organization measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, deteriorated or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in breach of the law

Period of storage
The data is kept for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information
BranelApp use third-party services, that may collect information that can be used to identify you.

Disclosure of personal information such as name, etc. will only occur if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Indsights and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of data at any time. If the data processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. You can contact us at the address below. If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option of contacting The Danish Data Protection Agency.
